Traditional waffles (Country breakfasts)


     Ligth and tasty waffles.

8-10 waffles (about 6½ inches)
  • 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2½ cups milk
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  1. In a bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
  2. Mix eggs, milk and oil ; stir into dry ingrédients just until combined.
  3. Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown.
