Ligth and tasty waffles.
8-10 waffles (about 6½ inches)
- 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2½ cups milk
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- In a bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
- Mix eggs, milk and oil ; stir into dry ingrédients just until combined.
- Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown.
