- 2½ cups all-purpose flour
- 5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1½ teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- ¼ cup molasses
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup raisins
- In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
- Add the remaining ingredients and beat with an electric mixer until well blended.
- Pour the batter in small amounts onto a 275F griddle.
- Turn the pancakes when the edges are dry and bubbles rise to the surface.
