Meatballs
- ½ pound ground beef
- ½ pound ground pork
- ½ cup dry bread crumbs
- ¼ cup half-and half
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground allspice
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of pepper
- 1 egg
- Mix all ingrédients ; shape mixture into thirty 1-inch balls.
- Cook in 10-inch skillet over medium heat about 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until brown.
- 1 can (10¾ ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup half-and half
- Pinch of ground nutmeg
- ½ cup sour cream
- Drain the meatballs ; stir in soup, half-and half and nutmeg.
- Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally ; stir in sour cream, heat through.
- Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
