Replace the parmesan with Comté cheese to update this delicious recipe.

- 1 cauliflower
- 30 ml sherry vinegar
- 80 ml cream 35%
- 125 ml fresh parmesan, grated
- Salt and pepper
- 30 ml butter, melted
- Cut the cauliflower into medium-sized florets.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients ; season and mix well.
- Place the bouquets on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
- Cook in the center of the oven under the broiler for 5 to 10 minutes or until the florets are tender and golden brown.
- Serve as an accompaniment.
