Roasted Cauliflower, Butter and Co.

 


                Replace the parmesan with Comté cheese to update this delicious recipe.

4 servings

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 30 ml sherry vinegar
  • 80 ml cream 35%
  • 125 ml fresh parmesan, grated
  • Salt and pepper
  • 30 ml butter, melted

  1. Cut the cauliflower into medium-sized florets.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients ; season and mix well.
  3. Place the bouquets on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
  4. Cook in the center of the oven under the broiler for 5 to 10 minutes or until the florets are tender and golden brown.
  5. Serve as an accompaniment.
