Don't hesitate to serve these potatoes with a delicious homemade mayonnaise.

- 6 Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into quarters
- 60 ml olive oil
- 5 ml sweet paprika
- 5 ml dried oregano
- 2 ml ground black pepper
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 ml cayenne pepper
- 5 ml salt
- 5 ml sugar
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Spread everything on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper; bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 400F (200C).
- Serve.
