For holiday kids party.
Makes 6 servings (¼ cup fondue and 6 dippers each)
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup half-and-half
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- Dippers (Apple slices, strawberries, banana, pond cake stars, marshmallows)
- In 2-quart saucepan, heat brown sugar, half-and-half and honey to boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in peanut butter until smooth ; pour into fndue pot or individual serving bowls.
- Spear dippers with fondue forks ; dip into fondue.
