Serves 4
- 500 gr chicken wings
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 30 ml olive oil
- 15 ml paprika
- 5 ml garlic powder
- 125 ml mayonnaise
- 15 ml lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400F (200C).
- Season the wings with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil ; lay them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix the mayo with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and lemon juice ; eason with salt and serve with the wings.
