- 15 ml olive oil
- ½ onion, chopped
- 3 oz (100 gr) crabmeat, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 125 ml sour cream
- Preheat the oven to 350F (180C).
- Put a skillet over medium heat and warm the oil ; sweat the onion until soft.
- Place in the crabmeat and cook for 2 minutes ; season with salt and pepper.
- Distribute the ingredients at the bottom of the skillet.
- Whisk the eggs with sour cream ; transfer the mixture to the skillet.
- Set the skillet in the oven and bake for 17 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through.
- Slice into wedges and serve.
