Homemade Guacamole (Keto for beginners)

 


Serves 4

  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • ½ yellow onion, minced
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • 1 tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 30 ml fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and chili powder, to taste
  1. Mash the avocado with a fork in a bowl.
  2. Mix in the onion, lime juice, tomato, chili powder and salt.
  3. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
