Serves 4
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- ½ yellow onion, minced
- ½ lime, juiced
- 1 tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 30 ml fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and chili powder, to taste
- Mash the avocado with a fork in a bowl.
- Mix in the onion, lime juice, tomato, chili powder and salt.
- Sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
