See the following pancake recipe.
Makes about 6½ cups
- 5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup nonfat dry milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- In a large bowl mix all the ingredients by hand until thoroughly incorporated.
- Store in a plastic container in a cool dry place until needed.
Plain Pancakes
Makes 4 to 6 medium-sized pancakes
- 3 cups basic pancake mix
- ½ teaspoon oil
- 3 medium eggs
- 2 cups milk or water
- In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients until totally incorporated.
- Let the batter stand 5 minutes before using.
- Cook on a 375F (190C) griddle approximately 2½ minutes per side.
Note : To the above recipe you can add your favorite fruit.
