- ½ cup butter or margarine, softened
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup finely chopped walnuts, toasted (If you have allergy, just forget the nuts)
- 1¼ cups sifted all-purpose flour
- In a large bowl cream the butter or margarine together with the curry, mustard, salt, onion and cheese until well blended ; stir in the walnuts and flour.
- Roll level tablespoon of dough into balls and place on a ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake in oven 350F (175C) for 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Remove to wire racks.
- Serve warm or cold.
