- 4 oz Baker's unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- ¾ cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans, roasted
- Heat oven to 350F (175C).
- Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until butter is melted.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
- Add sugar, mix well.
- Blend in eggs and vanilla, stir in flour and pecans.
- Spread into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean (do not overbake).
