Serves 4
- 450 gr cooked lean beef, cut into 2-cm/1-inch cubes
- 2 small onions, cut into rings
- 2 pickled cucumbers, sliced
- 2 cooked medium carrots, sliced
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 100 gr muhrooms, cut in quarters
- 1 large dessert apple
- Small bunch parsley, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 6 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Pinch of garlic salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Peel, halve, and core the apple, and cut into small slices.
- Beat the vinegar with the oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, pepper and parsley.
- Mix all the salad ingredients together in a bowl, pour over the dressing, cover and leave to stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
