8 skewers
- 24 red grapes
- 8 fresh raspberries
- 8 fresh strawberries
- 8 cantaloupe melon cubes, 3 cm (1½ in.)
- 8 pineapple cubes 3 cm (1½ in.)
- 2 kiwis, peeled and cut into 4 rounds
Chocolate sauce
- 125 ml 35% cream
- 60 ml milk
- 80 ml semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Assemble the skewers starting with three consecutive grapes, then following the order of the ingredients above; reserve in the refrigerator.
- For the chocolate sauce, in a saucepan, bring the cream and milk to a boil; pour over the chocolate in a bowl and mix with a whisk until a velvety sauce is obtained, set aside.
- Serve the skewers with a small bowl of chocolate sauce slightly warmed in the microwave, if desired.
