The Melon-Feta Towers

 


6 skewers

  • 18 watermelon squares of 2 cm
  • 12 squares of feta cheese
  • 30 ml fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 ml Espelette pepper
  • 5 ml white balsamic vinegar
  • 15 ml grapeseed oil

  1. On each small skewer, alternate three squares of melon and two squares of feta.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the mint, Espelette pepper, balsamic vinegar and oil.
  3. Drizzle each skewer with a little vinaigrette.
  4. Serve.
