6 skewers
- 18 watermelon squares of 2 cm
- 12 squares of feta cheese
- 30 ml fresh mint, chopped
- 2 ml Espelette pepper
- 5 ml white balsamic vinegar
- 15 ml grapeseed oil
- On each small skewer, alternate three squares of melon and two squares of feta.
- In a small bowl, combine the mint, Espelette pepper, balsamic vinegar and oil.
- Drizzle each skewer with a little vinaigrette.
- Serve.
