- 1 can (16 ounces) sliced peaches, drained
- 1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1½ cups apricot nectar
- 2 cups chilled lemon-lime soda
- In a blender, combine peaches, orange juice and nectar, blend until smooth.
- Pour into a freezer container ; cover and freeze until firm.
- To serve, scoop two-third cup frozen mixture into a glass, add one-third cup soda.
