Peach breakfast slush (Country breakfasts)

6 servings
  • 1 can (16 ounces) sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1½ cups apricot nectar
  • 2 cups chilled lemon-lime soda
  1. In a blender, combine peaches, orange juice and nectar, blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a freezer container ; cover and freeze until firm.
  3. To serve, scoop two-third cup frozen mixture into a glass, add one-third cup soda.
