Makes 2 cups
- 2 cups fresh basil
- ½ cup good olive oïl
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- 1 large clove galic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 3 ounces (90 gr) parmesan cheese
- In a food processor combine all the ingrédients, except the cheese.
- Pour into a bowl and stir in the cheese.
- Cover and refrigerate.
