Pesto

Serve over spaghetti or tortellini.

 
Makes 2 cups
  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • ½ cup good olive oïl
  • ¼ cup pine nuts
  • 1 large clove galic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 3 ounces (90 gr) parmesan cheese
  1. In a food processor combine all the ingrédients, except the cheese.
  2. Pour into a bowl and stir in the cheese.
  3. Cover and refrigerate.
Note : Good quality of the ingredients, the better is the result.
