- 3 cups cooked chicken chunks
- 1 5-ounce can sliced water chestnuts
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup halved grapes
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits
- 1 11-ounce can mandarin segments
- Lettuce leaves
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the lettuce.
Place each serving on a lettuce leaf.
