Serves 6 to 8
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar

- 2 (8-ounces) package cream cheese
- 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1½ cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- One-third cup all-purpose flour

- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup sugar
- Combine the graham cracker crumb, butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar ; spread the mixture in the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of a 10-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, 1½ cups sugar, and 2 teaspoons vanilla ; beat with an electric mixer for 15 minutes.
- Blend the flour into the cheese mixture and pour over ihe unbaked crust.
- Bake in a 350F (180C) oven for 1 hour.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and smooth over the baked cake ; return to the oven fr 7 minutes.
