- 1 (12-ounce package) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14-ounce can) evaporated milk
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup butter
- In the top of a double boiler over simmering water, melt the chocolate chips until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingrédients and stir until the butter is melted.
- Cook for 30 mihutes, remove from the heat and beat with an electric mixer.
