This rub has a vibrant flavor and a kick of heat. It's perfect for poultry, fish, pork and game.
Makes about 1 cup (250 ml)
- ½ cup lemon pepper
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 3 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
- In a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients ; cover and shake to blend.
- Store in a cool, dark place for up to 3months.
