Red-Hot rub (Barbecue and Grilling)

 


               This rub has a vibrant flavor and a kick of heat. It's perfect for poultry, fish, pork and game.

Makes about 1 cup (250 ml)

  • ½ cup lemon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 3 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
  1. In a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients ; cover and shake to blend.
  2. Store in a cool, dark place for up to 3months.
