This sweet rub is perfect for sprinkling over fruit to be grilled.
Makes about ¾ cup (175 ml)
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ground cloves
- 1 tablespoon ground allspice
- ½ teaspoon hot pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- In a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients ; cover and shake to blend.
- Store in a cool, dark place for up to 3 minths.
