Soy-ginger marinade (Barbecue and Grilling)

 


                 This splendid Asian marinade is great for fish, shellfish, chicken, pork and vegetables.

Makes about ¾ cup (175 ml)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • One 1-inch (2.5 cm) piece gingerroot, sliced
  • One-third cup soy sauce
  • One-third cup rie vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  1. In a glass bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to days.
