This splendid Asian marinade is great for fish, shellfish, chicken, pork and vegetables.
Makes about ¾ cup (175 ml)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- One 1-inch (2.5 cm) piece gingerroot, sliced
- One-third cup soy sauce
- One-third cup rie vinegar
- 3 tablespoons liquid honey
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- In a glass bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to days.
