Serves 6 to 8
- ¼ cup butter
- 9 eggs, beaten
- ½ cup milk
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, cubed
- 1 6½-ounce can crab meat
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- In a 7x12-inch pan melt the butter.
- In a large bowl combine the eggs, milk, cream cheese, crab meat, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the melted butter and sprinkle with dill.
- Bake in a 350F (180C) oven for 30 minutes.
