Crabmeat Egg Scramble with White Sauce (Keto for beginners)

 


2 servings

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 ounces crabmeat
  • Salt and black pepper
Sauce
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chives, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  1. Whisk the eggs with a fork in a bowl, and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Set a sauté pan over medium heat and warm olive oil ; add in the eggs and scramble them.
  3. Stir in crabmeat and cook until cooked thoroughly.
  4. In a mixing dish, combine heavy cream and garlic powder ; season with salt and sprinkle with chives.
  5. Serve the eggs with the white sauce.
