- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 eggs
- 4 ounces crabmeat
- Salt and black pepper
Sauce
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chives, chopped
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Whisk the eggs with a fork in a bowl, and season with salt and black pepper.
- Set a sauté pan over medium heat and warm olive oil ; add in the eggs and scramble them.
- Stir in crabmeat and cook until cooked thoroughly.
- In a mixing dish, combine heavy cream and garlic powder ; season with salt and sprinkle with chives.
- Serve the eggs with the white sauce.
