Lamb Kebabs with Mint Yogurt (Keto for beginners)

 


2 servings

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mint, chopped
  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Place lamb, cinnamon, onio powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl ; mix with hands to combine.
  3. Divide the meat into pieces ; shape all meat portions around previously-soaked skewers and grill the kebabs for 5 minutes per side.
  4. In a separate bowl, pui yogurt, garlic powder, mint, and salt and stir to combine.
  5. Serve with kebabs and enjoy!
