- 1 lb ground lamb
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mint, chopped
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Place lamb, cinnamon, onio powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl ; mix with hands to combine.
- Divide the meat into pieces ; shape all meat portions around previously-soaked skewers and grill the kebabs for 5 minutes per side.
- In a separate bowl, pui yogurt, garlic powder, mint, and salt and stir to combine.
- Serve with kebabs and enjoy!
