- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste.
- In a bowl, add the crab meat, mustard, mayonnaise, coconut flour, egg, cilantro, salt, and pepper ; mix well to combine and make patties out of the mixture.
- Melt the coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat ; add the patties and brown for about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove with a perforated spoon and drain on kitchen paper.
- Serve with tartare sauc if desired.
