Baked chicken nuggets (Keto for beginners)

 


For 2 servings

  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  1. Preheat oven to 400F ; grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. In a bowl, combine salt, garlic powder, almond flour, and black pepper and stir ; in a separate bowl, beat the egg.
  3. Dredge the chicken cubes to the egg, then in the flour mixture.
  4. Cook in the oven for 18-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy ; remove to paper towels, drain the excess grease and serve with ranch dressing, if desired.
