How to prepare roasted pepper

       
    • 5 to 6 red or green bell peppers
  1. Preheat the oven to 450F (225C).
  2. Wash the peppers and place them on a cookie sheet in the oven.
  3. Roast 20 minutes or until the peppers are blistered on all sides, turning them once.
  4. Transfer the peppers to a paper bag (or plastic bag) and let them stand for 15 minutes.
  5. Peel and seed the peppers.
  6. They are ready to use according the recipe.
