It's a Yorkshire family recipe that young and old love! Accompany this dish with mashed potatoes and onion chutney.
For 4 servings
- 15 ml olive oil
- 165 g flour
- 120 ml water
- 160 ml milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 pork sausages
- 15 ml fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Pour the olive oil in a square or rectangular dish and spread it well all over.
- Preheat the oven to 400F (200C).
- In a salad bowl, pour the flour, add the water and the milk alternately; add the beaten eggs and beat well so that the dough is smooth, homogeneous and without lumps; salt and pepper.
- Place the sausages in the oiled dish and cover them with the previous mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot sprinkled with fresh rosemary
