The guacamole brings a lot of softness to this tortilla, you can accompany this dish with a cold and spicy tomato sauce.

- 6 lettuce leaves, washed and cut into thin strips
- 15 ml olive oil
- 3 thin chicken cutlets
- 60 ml fresh cream
- 3 flour tortillas
- 200 gr guacamole (mashed avocado)
- Salt and pepper
- Pour the olive oil into a frying pan and brown the chicken cutlets over low heat for 5 minutes on each side; cut the chicken cutlets into strips.
- Mix the lettuce with the cream.
- Take a tortilla and spread some lettuce with cream; add 30 ml of guacamole and chicken strips, salt and pepper.
- Fold the tortilla, then do the same with the others.
