Meatballs are in vogue. So why deprive yourself of it? Köttbullar can be eaten with mustard and tomato sauce or with fresh tagliatelle.
For 6 servings
- 400 g ground beef
- 100 g ground veal
- 100 g minced pork
- 250 ml milk
- 45 ml breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 100 g butter
- 30ml vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper
- Put the beef, veal and pork in a bowl and mix.
- Pour the milk into a bowl, add the breadcrumbs and mix well; pour this mixture over the meat, add the egg, onion, salt and pepper, to taste, and mix everything together.
- Form small balls from the preparation in the palms of the hands; Heat the butter and oil in a large skillet and brown the meatballs on all sides.
- Enjoy them plain drizzled with cooking juices.
