Ginger Beef Ramen

 


                It is the complete dish par excellence because it contains noodles, vegetables and meat. It is a tasty recipe rich in flavors which is available depending on the region with fish, chicken or pork.

For 2 servings

  • 150 g ramen noodles
  • 1 carrot, peeled and cut into thin strips
  • 15 ml sesame oil
  • 3 thin slices of fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 beef stock cube
  • 10 edamame
  • 4 Chinese cabbage leaves
  • 125 g raw beef cut into thin slices
  • 1 spring onion

  1. Cook the ramen noodles in a large volume of boiling water for 5 minutes; drain and rinse them.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a pan without letting it smoke; add the carrot strips, ginger and garlic.
  3. Pour 1 liter of water and the beef stock cube into the pan; bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Divide the noodles between 2 bowls, add the edamame, a few slices of carrot, cabbage cut into strips and the beef.
  5. Pour the hot broth over the preparation and sprinkle with the chopped fresh chives.
  6. Enjoy immediately.
