It is the complete dish par excellence because it contains noodles, vegetables and meat. It is a tasty recipe rich in flavors which is available depending on the region with fish, chicken or pork.
For 2 servings
- 150 g ramen noodles
- 1 carrot, peeled and cut into thin strips
- 15 ml sesame oil
- 3 thin slices of fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1 beef stock cube
- 10 edamame
- 4 Chinese cabbage leaves
- 125 g raw beef cut into thin slices
- 1 spring onion
- Cook the ramen noodles in a large volume of boiling water for 5 minutes; drain and rinse them.
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan without letting it smoke; add the carrot strips, ginger and garlic.
- Pour 1 liter of water and the beef stock cube into the pan; bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Divide the noodles between 2 bowls, add the edamame, a few slices of carrot, cabbage cut into strips and the beef.
- Pour the hot broth over the preparation and sprinkle with the chopped fresh chives.
- Enjoy immediately.
