Ranch Ham Roll-Ups

                These pretty pinwheel appetizers are easy to make and fun to nibble. They have a yyummy filling of cream cheee and ranch dressing that's layered with ham. Prepare them the night before and slice before serving.

7½ dozen

• 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
• 1 envelope ranch dressing mix
• 3 green onions, chopped
• 11 flour tortillas (8 inches)
• 22 thin sliced deli ham

1. In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and salad dressing mix until smooth ; add onions and mix well.
2. Spread about 3 tablespoons over each tortilla ; top each with two ham slices.
3. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap ; refrigerate until firm.
4. Unwrap and cut into ¾-in. slices.
