They are called "buffalo style" chicken wings. They are cooked and coated in a sauce called "Buffalo spicy with chilli". It's HOT, HOT HOT!
For 2 servings
- 200 ml vegetable oil
- 20 chicken wings
- 45 ml butter
- 15 ml white vinegar
- 75 ml chili paste or sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Heat the oil in a large skillet or deep fryer; submerge the chicken wings in the oil for 10 minutes.
- Remove the chicken wings and place them on absorbent paper.
- In a large casserole dish or large frying pan, melt the butter; pour the white vinegar and add the chilli.
- Add the chicken wings, salt and pepper; mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve the chicken wings very hot.
