Buffalo Chicken Wings

 


                They are called "buffalo style" chicken wings. They are cooked and coated in a sauce called "Buffalo spicy with chilli". It's HOT, HOT HOT!

For 2 servings

  • 200 ml vegetable oil
  • 20 chicken wings
  • 45 ml butter
  • 15 ml white vinegar
  • 75 ml chili paste or sauce
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or deep fryer; submerge the chicken wings in the oil for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the chicken wings and place them on absorbent paper.
  3. In a large casserole dish or large frying pan, melt the butter; pour the white vinegar and add the chilli.
  4. Add the chicken wings, salt and pepper; mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve the chicken wings very hot.
