Serves 12
- 12 ounces seashell macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled
- ½ pound small shrimp, cooked
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- 2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
- ½ green pepper, seeded and diced
- 2 dozen snowpeas, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped fennel
- 2 tabelspoons chopped dill
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, shrimp, and vegetables.
- In a separate bowl combine the mayonnaise and remaining ingredients ; blend the mixture with the shrimp mixture, tossing well.
- Chill well before serving.
